    Did this one at home today. Made it through 3 rounds before the heat really started to take a toll.

    Push press 5×5
    30kg, 50kg, 60kg, 70kg (fail on 3), 60 kg

    Don’t have a pull up bar, so substituted 20 double unders for 20 pull ups.
    5 rounds in 23:40 including rest time
