Amanda,
Here is a pic from the marathon a couple of weeks ago with my son Grayson
and the Lynchburg Crossfit shirt. I really appreciate your advice and
training. It has brought great change in my ability. Last year I did this
marathon, Blue Ridge Marathon, and it destroyed me. I was out of commission
for several days and all I did to prepare was run. This year I did it 13
minutes faster, ran across the finish line with my son, felt great and was
back at crossfit on Tuesday for a workout. Thanks again, with Crossfit and
my long distance runs I could tell a huge difference!
