800m run then…

3 Rounds of:
5 Chest to Bar Pullups.
10 Overhead Squats – 95# Rx Men, 65# Rx Women.
15 Plyo Push Ups on a Slam Ball.

After 3 rounds of above, Rx Men and Rx Women will pick up their slam ball (30/20) and run 800m.
