Good wod. Worked up to 275lb for a triple on the front squat. Did the metcon as RXed in 16:04.
Wacked my shin on a 43 inch box jump pre wod when I slipped off the box. Wrapped it up finished WOD in 21 with a 215# Front Squat (PR)- went to emergency care had leg glued back together.
