Get a lacrosse ball at Dicks or Play It Again Sports and a foam roller from Rogue Fitness for soft tissue work and make your self familiar with Kelly Starrett’s MOBILITY WOD for about 400 different mobility exercises and stretches.
Skipped the strength work because of my schedule and some knee pain. Scaled the metocon to 95#s because I felt 105# would be too much but I’m too prideful to use the women’s weight. I did the first round unbroken in 1:15 with a long rest between the two movements. I dropped the weight on the second OHS and it was a slow slog after that.
