- Stay for the Paleo workshop after the 6pm class tonight (12/13) or after the Saturday class (12/17). If you can’t make it to the workshop, grab a copy of Robb Wolf’s book the Paleo Solution. You can earn points for each chapter you read!
- Pay $10 in the store of your CF Dashboard account by Friday 1/6.
Here’s the breakdown on how you earn points:
- 1 point for each weekday you eat clean (no sugar, grains, legumes, dairy, or alcohol).
- 2 points for each Saturday and Sunday that you eat clean (starting Saturday 1/7).
- BONUS: If you eat clean for 7 straight days, you earn 7 bonus points
- Points for the weekly challenge will be determined each week (The first weekly challenge will be announced January 1st!)
When I get your email saying you want to participate, I will send you a link to a Google Document where you can enter your points. Points are due by midnight on Fridays and the final point entry will be midnight January 31st.
Prizes: (awarded to the top 3 individuals with the highest number of points)
1st place: No membership fee for the month of February
2nd place: Gift Certificate to Whole Foods
3rd place: Paleo cookbook (you choose one: Everyday Paleo, Paleo Comfort Foods, or Make It Paleo)
Weekly winners will be announced every Saturday with gift certificates to Bedford Ave. Meat Shop.
