2 Rounds of 5 each: Power Snatch, Full Snatch, Power Cleans, Full Cleans, Jerks

STRENGTH:
Snatch: heavy single, then 90% of that for 2 x 3
Clean & Jerk: heavy single, then 90% of that for 2 x 3

METCON:
