Athlete 1 does 50 Double-Unders
Athlete 2 does 50 Double-Unders
… then, complete 3 rounds:
Athlete 1 does 5 Ground-to-Overhead @ 135/95#
Athlete 2 does 5 Ground-to-Overhead @ 135/95#
… for a team total of 30 GTO’s, then:
Athlete 1 does 50 Double-Unders
Athlete 2 does 50 Double-Unders
… then, complete 3 rounds:
Athlete 1 does 5 Up-&-Over Box Jumps @ 30/24″
Athlete 2 does 5 Up-&-Over Box Jumps @ 30/24″
… for a team total of 30 jumps.
