THURSDAY’S (9/8) 6PM CLASS IS CANCELED, BUT WE WILL HAVE A CLASS ON FRIDAY (9/9) AT 6PM. GET IN FOR A WOD AND STICK AROUND MAIN ST FOR THE GET!DOWNTOWN FESTIVAL.

STRENGTH:

Front Squats

2 Sets of 10 @ 55%

Tempo: down in 3 seconds, 1 second pause at bottom, fast up, no pause at top

Overhead Press

2 Sets of 10 @ 55%

Tempo: fast up, 1 second pause at top, down in 3 seconds, no pause at bottom
