WARM-UP:

Easy Row for 300m

DROM

SKILL WORK:

Work on any gymnastic movement that needs improvement:

*Handstands / Handstand Push-Ups

*Dead Hangs / Hollow Rock on Bar / Kipping Pull-Ups

*Muscle-Ups

Volume train for 20 minutes: do 2-5 reps each minute, don’t deviate more than 2 reps per minute

 

SPEAKING OF MUSCLE-UPS, CONGRATS TO JUSTIN FOR GETTING HIS FIRST ONE LAST WEEK:

MUSCLE-UP, JUSTIN T, 08/27/11

TECHNICALLY SPEAKING, THIS WAS HIS 2ND. IN A ROW. WE WEREN’T QUICK ENOUGH TO CATCH THE FIRST.
