For those of you who will be attending Saturday’s 10am class, please be cognizant that the Virginia 10 Miler will be taking place, rendering Langhorne Rd and Rivermont Ave closed. Utilize the expressway (501) to egress the Box. (Yes, I just used “cognizant”, “render”, and “egress” in a post. #winning #vocabulary)
