On Saturday, September 3rd, 2011 at 10:00am, CrossFit Lynchburg will be hosting 31Heroes, a benefit for the families of the service-members killed on August 6 in Afghanistan. Cost of participation is $31; all funds received will go to these families through the Navy SEAL Foundation and other like-organizations.

The event WOD is a partner WOD, so secure a partner before the event (those without a partner will be assigned one the day of the event). The 31Heroes WOD will be scaled to equipment availability and participation.
